Er Dan...all this has been in the making for years. Gore's adventurism in the courts was short term but certainly didn't help. The timing was horrible through no fault of his own. As for blaming Clinton, there is some tongue in cheek there because he loved to take credit for the greed times. So hey, might as well give him some credit for the bad times. In reality, things cycle, I guess the business cycle hasn't been repealed yet. So don't get your pants in a crack. All this is for entertainment anyway.. Plenty of time to bash Bush after the 20th.
