We DO remember what happened during GHWB's term. He backed off a tax promise, like you're suggesting that Jr. do, and we still hear about it from Dem's. ten years later. Read my lips. Stop trying to set up GWB for failure before he even takes office. Clinton is our president now. Why isn't he doing something about this debacle, if he can? Or doesn't he care? Where are all those great policies he keeps bragging about? Did they expire?
