Eric, as a mere "investor", I can't even begin to imagine what is involved in the day-to-day operations of a start-up company such as Stayhealthy. What is even more difficult for me to imagine is trying to develop a start-up venture under the present market conditions. It seems to me that not even a Jack Welch (General Electric CEO whom many believe to be the best there is) could overcome the present economic and market forces.

There is no doubt that many on the thread are frustrated by the ongoing delays in liquidity. At this point, my personal belief is that we must simply wait for John Collins to exercise his best judgement in determining the future course of Stayhealthy. I assume most of his personal wealth is tied up in the company so it's also in his best personal interest to find a solution that gets us some liquidity. If he does his job as I'm sure he will, such a solution will probably also keep some options open for the bigger reward --- a buyout or other public trading opportunity.

In the meantime, I'll just sit and wait for Mr. Collins to do his best on our behalf. I would NOT have sunk a substantial amount into this investment unless I personally trusted him and his team. When the time, and valuation, is right, we'll see the future rewards.

The past few months must certainly be very trying for all of those working on our behalf at Stayhealthy. I hope they see this and understand how much we appreciate their efforts.

BTW, here's wishing a happy holiday season to all!
