Careful, you are sounding like a "frigging socialist". Perhaps Microsoft's employee base is much more diversified than where you've been working recently.

Dan, I feel bad that you had such an emotionally bad experience that you have resorted to saying that msft is exploiting cheap foreign labor and american workers. To my knowledge, no american company can discriminate against foreign labor by offering them lower salaries and thereby discriminating against american workers also. Maybe American workers don't want to come seattle as much as foreign workers want to come to usa. Who knows ? This is a strange world we live in.
