If KDUS wanted to sell itself to the highest bidder, would they be required to issue a PR saying they were engaging the services of an investment banker to enhance SH value..blah, blah, blah... or could/would they do it on the sly, putting out feelers? Would the BOD have to pass a resolution approving such shopping, or could it be done with a wink and a nod?

If you were Carl Icahn or Mr. Glass, what would you want to see happen now?
