JW: Can The FED with all their infinite wisdom come up with any LOGICAL reasons to wait on the rate cuts..?? It is SO OBVIOUS that the economy is slowing dramatically (in almost all sectors)...The FED should be proactive and step up to the plate to take action TO INSURE A SOFT LANDING....I would not give them a passing grade at this point and time. We'll issue a report card next Spring...<VBG>. BTW, do you think we would be better off WITHOUT A FEDERAL RESERVE that sets interest rates..?? Best Regards, Scott
