With pooling of interests gone they only have 5.5 bill cash left.
With economy cooling ( or going into recession ) due to higher
interest rates, oil and health,

there will be less money to buy other companies for CRSCO
as it did in the past and show their profits
as CRSCO's profits under the pooling of interests.

So multiples will contract.

At $50/ share CRSCO is still grossly overpriced.

I am looking at $35/share by the time it is all over.

Nasdaq 2500+/-

CRSCO 54 3/4 down 1/2 in after hours....
getting dumped even as we speak..
.......not a lot of enthousiasm out there,

Stay in Medicine - that's the type of analysis that has made Doctors notorious for being terrible investors.
