You tried to make a case that the FED ruling in the MSFT case has some current effect on the market.

Actually, you made no case. You simply stated your propped deflection as though it were some kind of fact. Very typical.

There's a present world-wide vote of No Confidence is the US markets and a good portion of that vote is speaking to GWB. Again, note the market direction from the moment the Supremes handed over the keys.
