Do you think GWB (he's the new president) really knows anything about oil and gas?

It does look as if this is playing right into the hands of OPEC, though maybe the Saudis would not feel like getting on the wrong side of GWB (I already explained who he is)/Cheney/Powell.

I've been watching smaller defense industry stocks, like EASI, thinking Bush/Cheney/Powell will be sending some "surplus" $$$ that way. Also wondering what grand proposals will be made to solve this energy problem, and who will benefit. Do we have a list, starting with HAL? More refiners?
