Ant, since your are the human search engine can you find Bill Fleckenstein's speech from the Fraser Contrary opinion forum fall 1999 . It was an excellent piece and a timely read as the hour of TL & Ev draws near! it was available on SI at his market wrap section but I could not find it. Thanks mike
