Correction on Big 7 - should read:

...<The Big 6 of 7 "MSFT, INTC, SUNW, DELL, CSCO, IBM" are burnt TOAST. Number 7 GE is on deck. Bring the marshmellows for the roast>...

GE closed at 47 7/16 down 2 11/16. This is GE's lowest close since March 20th adjusted for split. A second close tomorrow at or below GE 48 could lead the DOW to imminent take-out of DOW 10,000.

On the other hand, if today is just a one day false break GE should move back up to this 49 and higher level like a magnet.

Best Regards, J.T.

XAU 53-55 brick wall overhead resistance that I first mentioned on December 20th after market close has proven quite formidable as we have only hit an intraday high of XAU 53.23 on December 21st and XAU 53.08 since January 2nd. You have top go back to September for back to back closes above XAU 53:

Mike, why try to catch a falling knife? Knives are not toys.
The Big 6 of 7 "MSFT, INTC, SUNW, DELL, INTC, IBM" are burnt TOAST. Number 7 GE is on deck. Bring the marshmellows for the roast.

XAU up another 4.3% +... to close at XAU 53.13 up 2.20. The highest one day close since September 13th. This area XAU 53-55 zone is a brick wall it will be tough banging thru.

Gona need a jackhammer because it is going to need several assaults to get break thru to the other side.>...

Best Regards, J.T.

Now we are at XAU 52.50 UP ANOTHER 4.55% screaming higher as Rydex XAU Precious Metals low TA shows that the shorts and latent longs got caught with their pants down...

Nobody believes... The perfect Bullish set-up...

The smart money commercials believe.... they are heavily long...

Best Regards, J.T.
