Very well said, MeDroogies. And I couldn't agree with you more. This is over the top OT, but that's one of the fascinating things about life. It provides a seemingly endless source of intense interest, almost magnetically. In the end, we must make it up, and convince ourselves we did not. But the phenomenal world is nothing if not elusive. It is a built-in property of matter. The universe relentlessly defies all attempts by us to pin it down.

I used to play a lot of indoor handball. We used to have a saying: The wall always wins.

So, we dive for "gets" and "pick-ups." And we grab at smoke.
