Article today in IBD about T "fixed wireless" in Dallas with roll out soon in San Diego, Anchorage, Houston & LA. No indication of technology. Uses about 130 towers in San Diego. Claims plans to pass 100 million homes.

No indication of speeds or technology. Offered as a a package with voice for $49.95 a month.

Anyone familiar with this?

This seems to be getting a headstart on HDR. However, no mobil use. Spposedly preempts need for DSL or cable.

RE:

NASDAQ Sell off. Looked like a massive sell program set to kick in regardless of what the FED did. Not your average retail seller. Biggest problem new appears to be buyers strike. Even if we bounce, we may get a margin call echo fall next week when volume is thin.

QCOM had a pyrric victory yesterday. Rebound today indicates there appears to be buyers. Also looked as if short seller was sitting at 80.
