However, you all would be the first to complain about new spending for new roads, schools......and voter machines. Defense spending is a very small % of our GDP. If non defense spending was at such a small % I would probably not protest about it so much. Tim

I'm a very strong advocate of good roads, strong education and new voting machines. Jim
