I didn't say it. JXM wrote that post.

And he didn't say AG and Bush conspired. He said
Maybe AG is setting GWB up for the big win.
ie., AG is doing it on his own.
And in any case, that is speculation. He doesn't know that, I don't know that, and neither do you.

And the REAL point of the post is: Would rather come into a job when everything is going to h**l in a handbasket, save the situation, and be a hero, or come in when everything is as good as it can get and has nowhere to go but down?

President Select Bush and VP Select Cheney should stop their
"chicken little" talk about a pending recession. Thanks to the wise policies of the Clinton Administration, there is no recession and no threat of a recession. The "sky is falling" talk is being used to gain support for the Bush tax cut which is a pay off to his contributors.
