The PE is not published on nasdaq.com or amex.com and I couldn't find it on other stock sites so it appears it is not published. You could calculate the PE by taking the price and earnings per share of all 100 stocks in QQQ and normalize it. But, the price of QQQ is supposed to track the Nasdaq-100, although it does not have to track it exactly. So, the PE value you come up with may not be quite accurate.

Check out the QQQ prospective on the amex.com site as it is very informative on how QQQ works. Very interesting.
