This crash is occurring on Clinton's watch. Blame Slick.

And Gore, for keeping the election in doubt so long that the foreign investors lost confidence in the USA.

Bull. I think the market is taking notice of things like Merrill's downgrading of HP, IBM and Cisco yesterday. Of lower earnings overall. Of waning consumer confidence. Of energy prices, etc. Of the Fed's decision not to cut rates. The downturn which started in March/April has nothing to do with Bush. The reputable analysts disagree with your silly pronoucement. JLA
