as scotty likes to say, there's no rush like a gold rush... i remember when i was trading on the JSE in 92/93...everybody had given up on the gold stocks. i was asked if a was crazy for buying them. then Western Areas went from R1,80 to R88 in less than a year....Consmining from R0,02 to R0,48 in less than 3 months, during which it paid R0,02 in dividends, the price it could be bought for when the run began. SoWits Exploration...R0,04 to R0,50 in the same time span...all on a gold rally that looks like a blip on a long term chart...
