Yes I know. I already knew they would warn I just had hoped they would not fool with the dividend. XRX did the same thing recently. I am not long T but I just hate to see them cut dividends.

I wonder what the effect will be of ATT's warning.

They said they missed getting some large contracts signed.

Will less revenues mean less orders for fiber optics?

or will ATT, like many other firms, cut other orders first and keep their fiber build out going strong?
