Steve, actually I think that case is still being appealed. These things do tend to drag out. But you're right, Disney did lose the original case and I believe the settlement ordered by the judge was $200 million. ACTV's patents should prove to be worth far more IMO.

The goniffs can't even keep their PR hacks' ducks in a row. The second sentence, even if true, in no way refutes ACTV's claims.
