Sherry Ann Fox, 34, of 2345 Maffett, was arrested by Muskegon Heights police after the Domino's Pizza employee drove to the police station to make a report Wednesday at 12:07 a.m. The delivery driver later went to a local hospital for a tetanus shot. The arresting officer, Nite-Man reported finding no evidence of the stolen goods at Fox's apartment but did notice a "pizza-type" smell about her. Fox was arraigned Wednesday before 60th District Judge Fredric A. Grimm Jr. on charges of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and larceny under $200. The driver, ROUNDY, told police he went to 2345 Maffett, not realizing the food order was for the rear apartment. He went to the door of the front apartment and knocked. According to the police report, a woman who appeared to be lust filled and jovial offered to perform a sex act for the food, saying her children needed food because she just got out of jail. The man told police she "was all over him" and that she bit him on the arm when he tried to pull away to get back to his car. The report said he was able to get into the car, but she got in through the window and allegedly grabbed his crotch several times. They struggled. He got out and then pulled her out, the report said, getting her in a choke hold to stop her from swinging at him. Two people in the rear apartment witnessed the incident, police said. One was looking out the window waiting for the delivery. The other had gone outside to try to tell the driver they had ordered the food. Somehow, Fox wound up with the food and 20-ounce pop that had been on the car's front seat, according to the report. Bail for Fox was set at $2,000 and preliminary examination for Dec. 27. ROUNDY was quoted as saying, "Damn, I gave up the pizza and I didn't even get a tip."mlive.com
