I see no reason JNPR should not sell down to the spring lows in the 60's. Back then in the spring, we still had a large amount of promise, and the pending teleco blow up was just a twinkle in the bear eyes. Now the cat is out of the bag. In other words why should JNPR be held in a higher plane then CSCO? JNPR shouldn't be.
