I take comfort in that we heard Mike Lehman caution a troublesome macro environment in the quarterly concall (meaning Sun was looking for it). We also heard Scott wanting to tweak up the hiring forecast, then. That does fall wobbly against his current want to seemingly guide it downward. Sun said their biggest hole was in demand creation if I remember correctly. Maybe that's where the hiring slowdown will happen (pulling in those horns). I wish I were a capable enough scripter to run a monthly breakdown of Sun's job board/hiring trend. -JCJ
