Well, I hope you will note that I stated that with tongue firmly planted in cheek.. However, I do understand that many individuals became wealthy buying investment properties in that manner.

It's always informative when you grace us with your postings. But pardon me if I hope and pray that you're incorrect about the eventual target for the Nasdaq, as well as AG stepping in and undoing some of what he has wrought.

If he is guilty of getting us "hooked" on easy money, and is trying the "cold turkey" cure, he has an obligation to make that transition as smooth and predictable as possible.
