The more sales this guy makes the more he losses, how can he ever make money with negative margins of 35% ..if he would franchise out and get his own truck fleet , then use local hotshot drivers for front door delivery he could make it. I would buy a franchise in my area if he would wise up. He's got a hell of a good basic idea but his model stinks. He needs to share some of the potential as well as some of the risk. I'd rather have an Amazon outlet than a Radio-Shack, he needs to look at how Radio Shack does their franchises. Damm trillion dollar idea going to hell because he can't see the trees for the forest. Jim PS if you want to lose some real money buy some of that so called hot shit the call "fuel Cells".
