Might as well wait until January, at this point. Every time I think we are going to rebound we go lower still but I think we're close. I feel good about NHC over the long haul. If it's back to basics, customers, revenues and earnings then I still think we'll be well-positioned. Even if we do get a big pop from the finalized contract, I'm not sure I want to sell anything just yet. The Grinch has stolen Christmas from many an investor this year but perhaps we'll have many things to celebrate in the New Year with NHC...cheers!

cleto, Greenspan has clearly stolen away this Christmas from the shocked bulls, specially from the young amateurs that have never seen a bear b4. This bear is worse than the 1987 crash, in that we never seem to find the bottom. As soon as we think that we have stabilized, voila, we have crashed through yet another support level.

My only thinking is that we are witnessing a major capitulation in the markets. By tomorrow noon the bear will have been slain. It will be bushwacked (get it, Bush-wacked !. Greenspan is an ass in my opinion. 6 interest rate increases + oil price hike leads to a sever recession Mr. Greenspan. Inspite of all of this he sees only a possible slowdown (I think he is myopic).

You are losing your midas touch cleto. Of all the people you should have know this is coming.

BTW, a lot of trading between houses. What are they doing ? Creating the illusion of heavy trading ? Or, is this repositioning by the fund managers.

Yes, Seasons Greetings and the same to Mr. Greenspan too.

Regards, Lalit Jain
