I invite everyone to read this article that AW posted to me. It is the one thing that is about to put the boom back into this market. I swear I think I know why Greeny is doing what he is doing now. He knows about this and this is why he isn't worried about the market. He knows it is about to explode and he wants a healthy run this time instead of a bubble like we just had.
