Exodus now provides what's known as "lights out" services,
Now let's see.... The California consumer, at home, in the dark, the lights go out due to the fact that the IPPs, fearing the bond rating of PG&E and SCE, have cut off the power to the CAISO and are selling the power to Las Vegas and Phoenix instead. The natural gas for the home heating is cut off because PG&E also transmits that, and the Calgary gas men, being no fools, decide they don't want the risk the IPPs can't handle. So, no worries about pilot lights or electronic ignition, because everything is off. But EXDS is still able to dish up Webpages, due to its triple redundancy, and the 15 guys who are downloading porn videos in Winemucca couldn't be happier with the instant response times on their modems.

Have I got this about right? Douse the house lights, it's showtime! Or as they say in Winemucca, it's sheeptime.....
