You need to look a little closer. Overall, yes. But the increase is in multi family housing. Single family homes are decreasing.

Anyone expecting a recession is in for a rude awakening, that's all I am saying. AG could lower tomorrow if he wishes. Two quarters of negative growth, I just can't see it.

Certainly we have a slow down but things move economically faster in todays world, the Asian crisis proved that.
