Then again, maybe the people of California are just now realizing that if you have no electrical power, a monitor is just a big paper weight on your desk.

In the LA Times today (Headline), Southern California Edison is warning that unless the rate caps that have been set by regulators is lifted, they may be forced into bankrupcy in a matter of weeks.
