Thanks for your response along with McDroogies. Your comment about shutting down is interesting. Here is my take on that.

1. That shuts off a lot of expenses. Offset to a revenue shortfall?????

2. I wonder if the shut down forces people to use any of their vacation time. I am not accountant however it seems to me that unused vacation time is an outstanding accounts payable on the books. If that is reduced, then wouldn't that flow through to better EPS? Can some accountant out there help me on that.

At this low price, if things were looking good I would expect to see management buying stock. I have not checked that lately but if I have time today I will look at that.

As a final note, SEIBEL is not doing all that great either so I guess that we are getting hit with a twin problem. One, the market for tech stocks simply stinks; and two, business is really slowing down. On the other hand, at this price, it is like getting stock options from where it was.
