What could be clearer than the vote I just described?

Following the friggin' instructions when you vote in the first place.

Let me get this straight ... you're saying that if a voter marks the spot to vote for Al Gore on a ballot, and then writes in "Al Gore" somewhere else on the ballot, it doesn't count as a vote for Al Gore?

That is exactly what I am saying. The instructions are very clear. Cast a single vote for president. The second they mark both the Gore box and the other box they have voted twice and I don't give 2 rips who the votes are for.

I am a little testy tonight so I will be brief. I am sick and tired of making excuse's for morons that can not follow simple instructions. It's as simple as that. If they are too thick to understand the most simple of instructions I not only am convinced their vote shouldn't count but I wish there was a way to keep them from voting at all.

There I have vented:)
