NURUN Inc. Names New Chief Financial Officer

MONTREAL, QUEBEC-- JANUARY 15, 2001 - 15:19 EST

Andrew G. Church, former Quebecor Printing executive, is appointed
Senior Vice President & CFO

NURUN Inc., a leading global network providing e-business
strategies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andrew
G. Church as Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With
nearly twenty years of financial and operational experience in the
public accounting, commercial printing, and hi-tech manufacturing
industries, Mr. Church brings strong credentials and
organizational skills to the company's global operation.

Upon attaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from
Lehigh University in 1981, Mr. Church worked for Ernst & Young in
New York from 1981 to 1987 as a Certified Public Accountant. He
then earned his MBA degree from Cornell University in 1989, and
was subsequently employed for six years at Millipore Corporation
(NYSE: MIL), a hi-tech company that applies purification
technology to critical research and manufacturing applications in
the biopharmaceutical and microelectronics industries. At
Millipore, Mr. Church held a variety of financial and general
management positions including Vice President Finance &
Administration of Millipore Canada and Millipore Puerto Rico. Mr.
Church joined Quebecor in 1996 as Vice President Planning and
Business Development for Quebecor Printing (USA) Corp. in Boston,
MA, where he was responsible for corporate planning, financial and
operational analysis, and acquisitions.

"We are delighted to be welcoming an executive of Mr. Church's
accomplishment to the NURUN management team," said NURUN CEO
Jacques-Hervé Roubert. "His rich experience with high-level
corporate finance and strategy makes him a perfect compliment to
this leadership team. I am confident that with his unique skill
set, along with his strong Quebecor and Quebecor World background,
he will contribute the leadership needed to achieve our goals."

"It's an honor to be joining such a first class team as this, and
at such an exciting time in this company's history." Said new
NURUN Sr. Vice President and CFO Andrew Church. "This is an
important year for NURUN, as the playing field becomes less
crowded, and as we expand our global operation to strengthen our
lock on existing markets and build organically into new ones, I
believe NURUN will prove to be a model of how a global
professional services company should be developed and run."

NURUN's previous CFO, Mr. Claude Doré, will depart at the end of
January to pursue other personal and business interests. In the
meantime he will help in the transition of the office. NURUN
extends its best wishes and sincere thanks to Mr. Doré for his
hard work and many positive contributions to the company over the
last years.
