Here is an awesome site I've been using recently to report spam. You don't have to join their service to use it.

spamcop.net

All you have to do is validate your e-mail with them, and they send you URL which you can go to report spam. When you get spam, you just follow their instructions for how to copy and paste the entire spammed message (including message source)into a field on their page and press a button. Their software analyzes the message, determines the true source of the spam (even if they've used a bogus return address), and then forms an e-mail to send to the ISP of the spammer to report it. All you have to do is press a button to have the e-mail sent.

Great stuff! And it's fascinating to see where the e-mail is really originating. Thus far, a lot of my spam is originating from Yahoo (even though a Yahoo address is not used.)
