Of course it wouldn't be shown as a sale. And I seriously doubt that GTW would try to make it appear as one. This shipping inventory to CountryStores is a departure from normal procedures, and you can be 110% sure the Auditors will test this area. Inventory in transit is already a highly tested area.

Some customers do go into these Country Stores and 'expect' to go home carrying their computer. As long as the inventory is minimal, and basic, no material damage could result.

Of course a $1 Million sales loss, has been turned into $1 Billion of markt cap loss recently. So who knows what is material.
