Gary, I view it as a positive development. Intel selling finished products direct has always been a duck out of water. I'm not sure that they have the sales or service organization to manage it. Manufaturing and selling through OEM's has been thier way of doing business. Many more feet on the street selling your products. In this area, at least, it appears that Intel realized their sales limitations, and changed strategy. BWDIK, just speculation. John
