It doesn't have to be either/or, silly.

But, thanks to the tireless blasting of Bush, prospects for him to get anything done may be considered slim, thus dashing any Bush rally which I for one never believed in anyway. Who got the nod simply was to have little effect on the markets, IMO. That is still the case, IMO, but if I'm wrong, see above.
