MCDE is tough call here. They didn’t reinvent themselves past 1-2 year, and question is can they do this with current cash. At this price dilution will be severe. How to value their current programs/technology? Can they generate visible late stage clinical development candidate? Current Company value if they are for sale? Wish I have answers. Anti-infective business was and is tough. I am afraid that they are too small for break-true in this area. One who hold share from pre-ICAAC and do not know what to do now??? Miljenko
