I think you're reading far too much into Russ's sale. Before the merger he had 3,760,000 shares of GNET and now he has 1.8x that of INSP: 6768000. He's selling 2.3% of his stake. Not necessarily a big deal. Also, this time of year insider selling is prevalent because insiders need to cash their shares in for tax planning purposes as well as for holiday expenses. That's what a relatively small sale, such as Russ's, is usually about.
