I believe there will be more pressure now on the net equips/chips. If Lucent is warning then who else is on the deck. Juniper? Sycamore? They're all in the same sector.

NXTL moving up off its lows this morn. Stock was violently taken down below resistance level(s) to 22ish at the low.

I heard that the new FCC licenses they were bidding on they have now decided to pass on. Fear from investors was that they had bid way too much for the new spectrums up for auction. Fact is they own enough spectrum to carry them through 2004-2005 and for increasing buildup and to new generation upcoming.

If patient, I think NXTL is a great buy and hold at this 25ish level.

Disclosure: I know NXTL very well and have been following the company for at least 3+ years now and both long and trading the stock. I am back in long at 23 1/2 and 24 as of this morn (hopefully long).
