I don't understand.....you don't think spending $293 billion on interest payments for our budget deficits is not a tragedy? I have to disagree...its more than a tragedy, its a crime.


I have pretty strong standards as to what I would consider a tradgedy. It is a bad thing but it was not what I was taling about. I said I don't think it is a tradgedy every time the budget is not in balance. You respond with the interest payment on the accumulated deficit from decades of the budget not being in balance, not from the debt generated "every time the budget is not in balance".
