"Nothing, at least not in our universe" Well then, what about the other places not in our universe 5 seconds after time stops? The question was inclusive of all places not just our universe.

What happens 5 seconds after time stops?

I don't understand the framing of the question. Did you get that? If time stopped, how can you get 5 seconds to "go by"? Both happens and after are implied actions. Action is by definition the change of a state or states with respect to elapsed time. This implies there is somewhere to "view" this nonactivity from. But viewing or being observed is also an action requiring changes of state.

It is like asking what does a photograph show about the subject's state of existence in the period 5 seconds after it is snapped. The answer, of course, is "Not gol dern thing!"
