Wow, W is already President. When did he get sworn in? Jim, Apparently he thinks he is...he's the one that called the Venezuelan president, not me. PS...what's wrong with OPEC increasing production? There is nothing wrong with it except for the fact that OPEC has talked repeatedly in the last month of decreasing production because the price per barrel keeps going down. Don't you think he might not have made the call had someone updated him re the issues? ted
