In case anyone missed it, SO just bought ALL of GE's available power turbine production through 2003.

And no, California is not one of their markets. They operate in the Southeast and Europe.

Smart move by SO, damn smart move.

Like I have joked, there will be a combined cycle or simple cycle plant on every street corner. Okay maybe every US county, I dont want to exaggerate.

Think of tech mania with instead of telecommunications it is high tech power plants.

There will be money to be made being long some of these companies and shorting others.
