Maybe not quite yet. AT&T and Lucent are doing a good job of keeping Santa at bay.

Two of the most widely held stocks, and they're trading at roughly 20% of their 52 week highs. Yikes.

So what you are saying is, when people get their year end statements they will want to take their money out of mutual funds and trade it for themselves? Sounds to me like this would be a bad thing. Mutual funds would be forced to liquidate positions which in turn would cause another wave of furious selling. Dose not sound like a good thing to me.
