very upset about what The Supreme Court did.

The level of hostility is the highest I have seen since maybe the Vietnam War. It really appears in areas like the Boy Scouts and PTA in which different groups of parents have previously concentrated on the task at hand are now getting into arguments.

And EVEN IF GORE WON IN FLORIDA, it has NO legal effect. The electoral college has voted. Bush won. Game over.

If you read the USSC decision, you should know that they said it would have been perfectly legal for the FL legislature to select the electors. That was a common procedure in the early republic. So popular vote does not necessarily select electors.
