Good reasoning. Also have heard the stocks to sell off last will probably be some of the first to recover, ie. SUNW, INTC. I am no expert at charting and hope to learn more. K.

One other interesting note on A...

Yes A is way down from the start of the year, but looking at the year to year(last dec. 21) to today A is +13%.

How many techs are doing that good?

Answer, dk for sure, but many, many are not including CSCO, SUNW and HWP.
