I've been watching level II on about 20 stocks today and they are having a real hard time rallying them, especially csco..INCA keeps bidding like a maniac trying to suck in traders to follow but this panic buying fraud is not fooling anyone...also using ISLD on the bid

Was that suppose to be a new rumor as of today? They have said that a number of times since Tuesday night. They had some guests on last night that were touting it too. Much like they had people on touting the cut the other day. Oops, that fell thorugh, let's string their "eternal hope" a little further...monster is still hungry.
