Jim, don't you think they have already undressed? Also, isn't there a possibility of a buying rush prior to January first on short covering and on everyone trying to get back in before the market begins recovering? I would think there will be a lot of upward pressure from short covering alone. Also why wouldn't the hedge funds want to lock in their profits for this year either to offset losses or to show profit? Why wouldn't they want to show profit for 2000? Thanks. I am getting absolutely crushed. Even when the Nas. goes up slightly today I got slammed. This is like a nightmare that won't go away. JDSU is so weak and they raised estimates for the quarter coming up during their last earnings call. How low are they going to take it? I would think that on a day like today when the big cap techs. were strong that JDSU would be strong. They are getting crushed day after day after day. Quite a wild year. I remember saying how nuts it was when the Nas. was climbing day after day after day earlier in the year. Now I am looking at the declines day after day after day and saying that this is nuts!
