Oh, Trish-- er, Dr. Cusack, sorry, an unforgiveable lapse on my part-- where the hell else is a snowman going to be put? Inside the house where no snow can be found (oops - no, then it would be a male invader)? In the middle of the road (where it would exemplify macho male behavior and intimidate female drivers)? What intellectual gimcrackery results when people isolate themselves and begin to think of their own flatulence as a breath of fresh air.
